Just met up with a Bryant alum working at The Project on Justice in Times of Transition (PJTT), a non-profit NGO located in Medford, MA.
PJTT's mission is to aid in resolving international conflicts between nations and world societies by leveraging a high-profile network of global leaders and negotiators. The organization's resume is pretty impressive, as they have held conferences featuring the likes of Nelson Mandela and Oscar Arias.
Working for non-profits like PJTT not only give you a worldly outlook, but the social impact it creates definitely aligns with the motives of our generation. In terms of leadership, the lessons are tremendous; working in this NGO, government, or non-profit sector prepares individuals well for careers in corporate America -- particularly management and directive roles.
